I invite you to orient with curiosity to discover how the information in your report lands in your and resonates in your body. Relating with your embodied experience of the information is the core value, in my experience. There is no particular benefit to cognitively understanding all the information at once.
I suggest you look at the information at the bottom of each page as you might read a poem, noticing:
-what stands out for you;
-what resonates;
-what does it bring up in your heart, mind, body?
As you read through the information contained in your Star Gazing Report, you may find words that resonate in a way that validates your experience. Some of what you read may not catch your attention much. And some of what you read my calatlyze your curiosity and desire to know more, or bring up confusion, or a reactive emotional experiencein you.
When a word or phrase resonates in any of the above ways, consider highlighting it (either in a printed copy or a word document.) I invite you to make a list of phrases that resonate and note where in your body you feel sensations of the resonance.
Compassionately and curiously contemplating how you already embody the qualities reflected in your chart (as well as how you’d like to embody the qualities) can deepen your connection with yourself and with life.
